Serving chilled soup in summer makes for a very tasty change. Some of the chilled soups you can serve are soup made with vegetables, but chilled fruit soup recipes can also help you to bring variety into your dinner parties and family meals.

Today I am going to show you how you can easily make chilled soup from the can.

Spinach Mushroom Chilled Soup Recipe:

Thoroughly chill and mix 1 tin of concentrated spinach soup, 1 tim of concentrated mushroom soup, 2 cans (the soup cans) of thin cream, 1 teaspoon of curry powder and ½ teaspoon salt. Black pepper to taste. Serve this chilled soup garnished with chopped parsley.

Chilled Peas Soup Recipe:

Mix and thoroughly chill 1 tin of concentrated tomato soup, 1 tin of concentrated pea soup, 2 tins of milk and ¼ cup sherry. Dish up with croutons.

Russian Soup:

Add 1 cup of chopped, cooked beetroot and ½ a cup of the beetroot liquid (the water it has been cooked in) and 1 tin of concentrated meat soup, ¾ cup cold water, 1 tablespoon chopped onion, ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper to taste to a saucepan. Simmer the soup for 10 minutes, add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and allow the soup to chill very well. Serve the soup with a dollop of sour cream.
