Mom and Pop’s Apple Malt

What You Need:

  • 4 oz. brandy
  • 3 oz. apple cider
  • 1/4 C caramel sauce
  • 2 pints vanilla ice cream
  • Whip cream
  • Pecans, toasted and chopped

How to Make It:

  1. Pour the brandy and apple cider into a blender, such as one of the KitchenAid 5 Speed Blenders With Polycarbonate Jars).
  2. Add the caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream.
  3. Blend on high until very smooth.
  4. Pour into glasses.
